Upstairs
at Fido’s,
we have combined the exquisite presentation and culinary
abilities of the Japanese with the freshest of local and imported
fish. Through our Master Sushi Chef, Sharon Metcalfe, we will
bring you an extraordinary treat for your taste buds. |
|
Sharon could work anywhere
in the world but she chose Belize and brought her knives here
to Fido’s.
If you have never experienced sushi before then you have come
to the right place. Sharon knows just how to start you on a lifelong
love of Japanese cuisine. |

|
| Sharon can make the traditional sushi plus a fusion of unique
rolls, but her real expertise comes from combining her years
of experience with sushi with the local fish we find here in
Belize. She has created unique offerings, which will tantalize
the most discriminating of pallets. |
